Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

Every product from La Maison de Lumière is custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you. This creation process, known as fulfillment, takes time.

  • Fulfillment Time: All orders are sent to production immediately and take approximately 8 business days to be created before they are shipped.

Shipping & Transit Time

Once your custom item is fulfilled, it is shipped to you. Shipping time is added after the fulfillment time.

  • Estimated Transit Times: Transit times vary by location and shipping speed selected at checkout. You will see an estimated transit time range when you select your shipping option during checkout.

  • Total Delivery Time: The total time you receive your order is: Fulfillment Time (approx. 8 business days) + Shipping Transit Time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination.

Tracking

You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
